Cultural Promotion and Education Initiatives
The Sisters of Madison Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. are proud to formally introduce our official Chapter Philanthropy: Cultural Promotion and Education Initiatives. Our Chapter Philanthropy aims to start a dialogue about higher education and cultural promotion within communities of color, with a particular emphasis on Asian awareness. This philanthropy is dedicated to uplifting educational opportunities, preserving cultural identity, promoting cultural awareness, strengthening community engagement, and challenging educational inequities. Mission Statement: Madison Delta Phi Lambda strives to inform the University of Wisconsin-Madison students and the broader community about the importance of cultural education and promotion while providing opportunities for community involvement and awareness to empower students to actively work towards a higher education. |
